Our Founder
Chetaun Smith
Chetaun Smith became a licensed Real Estate Agent in November 2016 and quickly discovered her passion for helping sellers and buyers navigate the world of real estate. Motivated by her desire to empower individuals and families to achieve their real estate goals, she established Vision 20/20 Realtors LLC just months later.
The name "Vision 20/20" reflects clarity, purpose, and the alignment of aspirations between clients and their trusted real estate professionals. Whether buying a first home, selling a cherished property, or exploring investment opportunities, Chetaun’s mission has always been to provide exceptional service, guide clients toward success, and deliver results that inspire confidence.
Since its inception, Vision 20/20 Realtors LLC has sold over 130 homes and continues to build a reputation for excellence. In 2022, Chetaun earned her broker’s license and took her career to the next level. By 2023, she launched Vision 20/20 Home Realty Services LLC, initially focusing on property management. Recognizing the evolving needs of her clients, Chetaun expanded the firm in 2025 to offer comprehensive real estate services, including selling, buying, and investment opportunities.
